UX/UI Design | ElderCare App & Wearable
Design Development for Eldercare Start-Up
Sean Liu of UChicago’s Booth Business School is CTO of a healthtech start-up that seeks to improve their wearable’s UX/UI. The device continuously measures key vitals of older adults, tracks prescriptions and administration, and reminds patients and caregivers of doctors notes and appointments. The data collected from Ping Wearables are made available for caregivers instantaneously, helping them reduce worry and stay informed at all times. This 6 month project resulted in key design changes, all of which I prototyped in Figma.
Discovery / UX Research
We conducted user interviews to identify the pain points that would later inform design direction. User feedback is recorded on video at: https://www.pingcares.com/user-feedback.
